Kikunoi Roan

Owner-chef Yoshiharu Murata has run Kikunoi with his brother for many years. The counter seating on the 1st floor has a lively atmosphere and you can chat with the chef; on the 2nd floor there are tatami and tea rooms served by waitresses in kimonos. Original ideas, such as steamed shirako topped with black truffle, are well worth trying. 'Roan’ means ‘to hide nothing but be completely open and present yourself boldly’.
