Ginza Ibuki

The head chef was put in charge of this sister restaurant when it opened, and follows the owner’s approach. The specialities are katsuo grilled over straw and fried goma-dofu. An extra touch is added to the tsukuri by pairing it with seasonal vegetables. Cooked in an earthenware pot, the rice has various textures from soft to crispy. At lunch there is a reasonably priced grilled fish teishoku, so you can stop by for a casual meal.
