Tentempura Uchitsu

The omakase experience is a grand tour of Japanese cuisine that includes sashimi and nabe interspersed among a rich selection of tempura varieties. The tempura should be eaten just with some salt, so that you can enjoy the ingredients’ inherent flavours. There are novel types of tempura, too, such as rock oysters, hamo, and ayu accompanied by shiokara of ayu innards for an extra salty flavour. Crab cooked in the shell is richly flavoursome.
