The owner-chef uses seasonal ingredients unsparingly and prepares creative dishes right in front of the customers. Tilefish, Kyoto vegetables and white miso are delivered from Kyoto. Sabazushi wrapped in nori from the Ariake Sea is available regardless of the season. You’ll also want to try the ‘Karasumi Soba’ speciality, which is topped with plenty of karasumi and gives off the fragrance of roasted buckwheat berries.
