Kiraku

Born and raised in Kyodo, the owner-chef is the third generation of his family to run the restaurant. He gets quality seafood caught that day from the central wholesale market. Choosing the path of Edomae sushi, he uses traditional techniques, such as flounder kobujime and gizzard shad marinated in vinegar. You can order just nigiri or an omakase set menu that starts with snacks, and the prices are reasonable for either.
