Tempura Kondo

From the very start, the owner-chef set out to have people enjoy flavoursome vegetables prepared using tempura techniques. He puts much effort into selecting not only the vegetables but also the seafood, going to the production areas himself. Fried in light sesame oil, the tempura is light and crispy. The thinly sliced carrots and cylindrically sliced sweet potato are unique specialities.
