Lugdunum Bouchon Lyonnais

Owner-chef Christophe Paucod was born in Lyons and, in tribute to his hometown, has faithfully replicated a typical bouchon restaurant. Homemade sausages, Lyons-style quenelles, and rum-flavoured cake for dessert are perennial favourites. As well as the regional Lyons dishes are others that make free use of classic techniques but with contemporary finishing touches. Burgundy and Rhône wines account for the majority of the list
