Lugdunum Bouchon Lyonnais

Owner-chef Christophe Paucod was born in Lyon and, in tribute to his hometown, has faithfully replicated a typical bouchon restaurant. There is a host of local Lyon dishes on offer here, like pistachio sausage, tablier de sapeur and tarte à la praline dessert. Burgundy and Rhône wines account for the majority of the list; French music plays in the background and Mr. Paucod provides friendly service in fluent Japanese.
