Shiorian Yamashiro

Although in the heart of Ginza, this small space has a private feel to it. Only an omakase menu based on the kaiseki tradition is available. Ingredients like bamboo shoots, tilefish, ayu and gudgeon are selected and seasoned lightly to bring out their characteristics, for a distinctive Kyoto feel. The owner-chef’s skills are particularly evident in the nimono soup, which brings the dashi and ingredients together in harmony, and the colourful hassun.
