The owner-chef works single-mindedly in the open kitchen of this restaurant, which has a stylish, minimalist interior. Only an omakase set menu is available. Every dish is simple, finely attuned to the season, and brings out the best in the ingredients. The specialities are ayu antipasto in the spring and white truffles or tagliolini with caviar and red wine sauce in the autumn and winter.
