Kyoryori Fujimoto

The word ‘Kyo-ryori’ is included in the name of the restaurant out of the owner-chef’s love for his hometown. He learned how to entertain customers from his strict mentor during his training. Serving the tsukuri from the omakase set menu in small portions on several plates is an expression of that hospitable spirit. The tender simmered black awabi is a dish that can be enjoyed year-round. At lunch, all-you-can-eat Japanese and Western sweets are set out.
