Sushidokoro Hirokawa

Only an omakase menu is offered and it starts with a seasonal item before moving on to nigiri. Examples include soft-boiled octopus, fugu shirako, or pen shell grilled with seaweed and salt-grilled nodoguro. The rice is on the firmer side and seasoned with akazu that has body. The toppings are given an extra touch to bring out their natural flavours. The appearance is also exquisite, testament to how skilfully the knife is wielded.
