The restaurant is named after a store run by the owner’s father, who works in the kitchen together with his son. The menu is a combination of the natural flavours of Kyoto and the seasonings of Naniwa. The presentations by the owner, who studied Kyo-ryori, are elegant and refined. You’ll also enjoy the unique kappo experience where drinking snacks are prepared according to your taste and where you are in the meal, and with certain items being improvised.
