The owner-chef makes the most of his Osaka location to provide traditional Naniwa vegetables. He develops creative ideas based on study of the old: a typical Osaka attitude he cultivated during his training. Local vegetables like Mishima udo, Kaizuka bamboo shoots and Senshu mizunasu are used in takiawase and small nabe. There are also delightful seasonal decorations on the plates such as wasabi buds and cherry blossoms in spring and persimmon leaves in autumn.
